eudy is out
eudy is available on the web, on iPhone, and on Android. eudy syncs across all three, and it keeps working with no signal.
- A day you can actually finish. 1 big task, 3 medium, 5 small, plus a slot for health and one for meals. When your tasks are finished, your day is over.
- Then sequence your tasks into a day that makes sense to you. No booking into time slots. An interruption or a task that runs long costs you no time or mental energy to re-sort.
- Set your Regular Schedule once. The things you do every week fill themselves in, so gym day stops being something you have to remember to write down.
- Recurring Reminders for the small repeating things. Watering the plants takes thirty seconds and should not cost you one of your five small tasks. That's what Reminders are for.
- Anything that repeats can carry an alarm. Set vitamins once and your phone tells you every day it applies.
- The Bin holds what you are not ready to schedule. A good idea on a busy day goes somewhere safe instead of becoming today's problem.
- Focus shows one task at a time. The rest of the list gets out of the way, with a timer if you want one.
- Connect a calendar and see what is already booked. A day with three meetings in it should not get the same plan as an empty one.
- Read more. About has the thinking behind it. The FAQ has the specifics.
