Plan less. Finish more.

eudy is a daily planner with a limit. Every day gets 1 big task, 3 medium, and 5 small, plus your health and your meals. When your tasks are finished, your day is over.

Free with no time limit. Syncing across your devices is free too.

Quick Start

  1. In Week view, add your tasks, sorted by how big the ask is: 1 big, 3 medium, 5 small.
  2. When the slots are full or you run out of tasks, that's the entire day.
  3. Open your day and sequence it: drag your tasks into the order you want to do them.
  4. Check them off as you go. When they're done, your day is done.

A day you can see the end of

eudy is based on the well-established 1-3-5 method: there's a fixed number of task slots every day. Fill them and the day has a shape: what matters, what comes next, and most importantly, when your day is over.

  • 1Big task. The most asking task.
  • 3Medium tasks. The ones that must get done.
  • 5Small tasks. A home for the little stuff, so it cannot quietly take over.
  • 1Health. Gym, a walk, or rest. It sits above your tasks, not buried under them.
  • 3Meals. A planned day includes how you will fuel it.

Unlike infinite to-do lists, you can actually finish your day.

The Week view lets you see your entire week at a glance, so you can easily plan your schedule.

Always know what is next

eudy asks one question: what order? eudy's Today view allows you to sequence your day out. Take a minute to drag individual tasks into the order you want to accomplish them, and you've made a resilient day. Finish something and the next task is already chosen.

eudy is a sequence, not another time blocking app. You never have to guess how long a task will take, and your plan doesn't fall apart if you get interrupted or a task runs long. You can always just pick up where you left off. eudy allows you to use your mental energy toward work, not scheduling.

Focus mode goes a step further. One task on the screen, everything else waiting its turn, with an optional Pomodoro timer.

No overwhelm

eudy is designed to prevent overwhelm. eudy is not an infinite to-do list. The Bin lets you jot tasks down and schedule them into slots later, but it is capped at 20 items. Once you hit that cap, you have to schedule something out of the Bin or you cannot add more. Your to-do list never becomes overwhelming, and low priority items never get lost in a sea of other items.

No AI. You do the deciding

eudy contains no AI features of any kind. It will not write your tasks, estimate how long they take, reshuffle your day, or tell you what matters.

eudy believes a plan you made yourself is one you will follow, because in making the choices, you have already rehearsed the day. Whether it's through software or another person handing you a schedule, being alienated from your day leads to days falling apart.

Your tasks are not training data either. What you write in eudy is never used to train, fine-tune or evaluate an AI model, and it is never sent to an AI service. That is written into the Terms, not just the privacy policy, so it is a promise you hold us to.

Gentle by design

No streaks to lose, no overdue counters, no red badges piling up. Miss a day and nothing punishes you for it.

There is a low-stimulation mode that quiets everything the app would otherwise start, a dyslexia-friendly font, reduced motion, and adjustable text size.

Is eudy right for you?

It fits if

  • Your day is not structured for you
  • Your to-do list has become the stress
  • Your day is scattered across a to-do app, a reminders app, and a calendar
  • You already have a project tool and still open the day unsure what to actually do
  • You want to know what a finished day looks like
  • Streaks and overdue badges make things worse, not better
  • You want to decide your own priorities, not have software guess them
  • You've been looking for an ADHD-friendly planner

One app for the day

Most people arrive at eudy running a stack: a to-do app, a separate reminders app, a notes app holding lists, a calendar carrying tasks dressed up as events. Each one holds a piece of your day, so no single screen ever shows you the whole thing.

eudy is all these things. The functionality stays. The overload goes.

  • Stray thoughts go in the Bin and get pulled into real slots when you are ready
  • Recurring things, the bill on the 15th or water the plants every third day, live as Recurring Reminders off the grid
  • A task with a real time gets an alarm
  • Create your Regular Schedule once and every week arrives already planned
  • Premium can pull your own calendar in, so booked time sits right next to the plan

One app opens, and the whole day is in it.

Independent, and staying that way

eudy is made by one person, Daniel Suraci. There is no venture capital or private equity behind it, and it answers only to the people who pay for it. The full story, and why it is named eudy, is on the About page.

What eudy will never do:

  • Bury you under an infinite backlog
  • Shame you for missing a day
  • Squeeze your day into time blocks that do not reflect reality
  • Chase your attention with streaks, red badges, or guilt
  • Sell or mine the contents of your plans
  • Show you advertising
  • Do your deciding for you, AI or otherwise
  • Feed what you write to an AI model, ours or anyone else's

Questions

Does eudy use AI?
No. eudy contains no AI features of any kind. It will not write your tasks, estimate how long they take, reshuffle your day or decide what matters, and nothing you write is sent to a language model. Your content is also never used to train AI models, which is a term of the contract, not only a line in the privacy policy.
Is eudy good for ADHD?
It is built with ADHD in mind, though it is not a medical product. No streaks, no overdue counters, no red badges, a hard cap on the day, one task at a time in Focus mode, plus a low-stimulation mode, a dyslexia-friendly font and reduced motion.
Is it good for self-employed or freelance work?
That is who it was built for. When nobody hands you a priority list, eudy gives the day the structure a job would otherwise provide, and a visible point where it ends.
What is the 1-3-5 method?
A way of planning a day by size rather than by hours: 1 big task, 3 medium, 5 small. Because the number of slots is fixed, filling them forces you to choose, and finishing them means the day is genuinely done.
Is it really free?
Yes, with no time limit, and syncing across your devices is free as well. Premium is optional and adds themes, flexible counts, the calendar view, external calendar connection, and hiding days.
Can eudy replace my to-do and reminder apps?
That is the idea. Capture, recurring reminders, task alarms, and the weekly plan all live in one place, so people routinely retire a to-do app and a reminders app once they settle in. The one thing eudy deliberately does not hold is a project plan with sub-tasks and dependencies; it pairs cleanly with a project tool for that, and still runs the day.
Does it work offline?
Yes. eudy works offline and syncs when you are back online. You can install it from the browser, or get it from the App Store or Google Play.
Who makes it?
Lyra Technologies LLC, an independent company in New Jersey, USA, founded and owned by Daniel Suraci, with no venture capital or private equity behind it.

eudy plans a day you can finish, so the rest of your time stays yours.
